My Favorites: Classic Converse Sneakers
From Converse low-tops to high-tops—and everything in between—these traditional sneakers will keep everyone who loves a classic look happy. Those who aren’t wild about change are pleased with Converse’s cool classic shape and basic colors. Those who dig a retro throwback love Converse, and so does anyone who love basic wardrobe pieces. Here are the three favorite classics:
All Star Core OX
Converse All Star Core OX shoes are perfect for traditional sports lovers. All Stars were produced in 1923, and after basketball star Chuck Taylor began wearing them as his shoes of choice, they skyrocketed in popularity. These All Star Cores are available in lots of solid colors to match with anything. For vegans, these Converse sneakers are not made with leather products. If you aren’t a fan of their classic white rubber sole, try their black canvas shoes with a dark rubber sole.
Jack Purcell CP
For a new updated shape, Converse has the Jack Purcell style. The basics are there—a rubber sole, canvas upper, and All-Star label—but the shape is updated for a new look. The Jack Purcell has a more modern look, with soft, smooth lines.
One Star® MT
The Converse One Star combines cool white topstitching and the traditional One Star shape for a bold, young look. The bold single star adds visual appeal, while the slimmed-down white rubber sole is simple. This updated look from One Star is proof that the traditional can always be made better.
