Cheap Men’s Sandals for Spring

By staff
April 1, 2007

It can be difficult to find cool men’s sandals at affordable price, and if you normally don’t wear them and are trying to branch out, it can get even more challenging. For a no-fail way of boosting your style without feel, check out these cheap but fine sandal picks for spring vacations.

• Nike has some great sporty sandals for summer, and the Celso Thongs are perfectly suited for men who feel like traditional rubber thongs are too skimpy and light. Nike’s sport sandals have contoured footbeds and thick, wide for total comfort.

• Sport sandals are such a tricky category. Usually pimped out with bright colors, futuristic fabrics and overstated soles, these Chaco Zongs have pleasingly thin straps in a sophisticated chocolate or black.

• Another pair of Chaco sandals with classic appeal are the Flip Thongs. They have simple lines and are available in a solid color perfect for the beach. Enjoy!

Just remember to wear these only in extremely casual setting: when near water and when it’s extremely hot. For everything else, still nothing beats the loafers (preferably not cheap).
